Pod-chraoladh Geàrr-fhicsean Gàidhlig

‘S e pod-chraoladh ùr Gàidhlig a th’ anns “A’ Chrannag” a bhios a’ taisbeanadh cuid den fhicsean ghoirid ùr as fheàrr sa Ghàidhlig.

Tha sinn a’ sireadh pìosan ficsein anns a’ Ghàidhlig le 4 sgrìobhadairean, a thèid clàradh le cleasaichean gutha proifeiseanta agus thèid an craoladh mar chlàr pod-craolaidh aig toiseach 2019.

Gabhaidh sinn ri rosg, bàrdachd, dràma aon-neach, nua-sgrìobhadh no cruth sam bith eile a bhiodh freagarrach, cho fad ‘s a ghabhas e leughadh le aon chleasaiche gutha a-mhàin agus gu bheil e eadar 1000 agus 5000 facal a dh’fhaid.

Tha sinn a’ sireadh sgrìobhaidh a tha gu sònraichte stèidhichte air beul-aithris agus a tha sgrìobhte a dh’aona-ghnothach airson aithris. Tha sinn cuideachd a’ sireadh obair sgrìobhte a tha a’ cleachdadh na Gàidhlig ann an dòigh ùr no annasach.

  • Faodar pìosan a chur thugainn nach deach sgrìobhadh a dh’aona-ghnothach don phròiseact ach cha ghabh sinn ri sgrìobhadh a chaidh fhoillseachadh mar-thà.

  • Gabhaidh sinn ri earrannan à pìosan nas fhaide ma sheasas iad mar phìos sgrìobhaidh cruinn leotha fhèin.

  • Gabhaidh sinn ri sgrìobhadh ioma-chànanach a rèir co-theacsa a' phìos agus mar a tha an cànan ga chleachdadh.

Gheibhear cuibhreann luach £200 mu choinneimh gach pìos a thèid cleachdadh agus ‘s ann leis an ùghdar a dh’fhanas a h-uile còir air an teacsa sgrìobhte.

‘S e pròiseact Outboard (outboard.online) a tha seo, an co-bhann le Stiùdio Ostaig aig Sabhal Mòr Ostaig agus le taic maoineachaidh le Maoin Ealain na Gàidhlig /Bòrd na Gàidhlig / Alba Chruthachail.

CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS

Gaelic Short Fiction Podcast

“A’ Chrannag” is a new gaelic podcast which will present some of the best new short works of fiction around.

We are currently looking for submissions of work in Gaelic from 4 writers, to be recorded by professional voice actors and broadcast as episodes of the podcast in early 2019.

We will accept prose fiction, poetry, single-character drama, experimental writing or any other format you wish to propose, as long as it can be read aloud by a single voice actor and is between 1000 and 5000 words.

We are particularly looking for work which embraces the oral tradition of the language, and which is written to be read aloud. We are also looking for work which makes innovative or unusual use of Gaelic.

  • Submissions do not need to have been written especially for this project, but they must not be published elsewhere.

  • Excerpts from longer works will be accepted if they work well as standalone pieces.

  • Multilingual submissions will be accepted, depending on context and use of language.

There is a fee of £200 per selected work which will leave all rights in the written text with the author.

This is a project by Outboard (outboard.online) in association with Stiùidio Ostaig at Sabhal Mòr Ostaig and with funding from the Gaelic Arts Fund / Bòrd na Gaidhlig / Creative Scotland.
